How would I know if my band slipped

I am on vacation. Yesterday I went to a party and got a piece of potato stuck ...
I continued to foam and actually vomited several times. Now it appears that
even water is not going through...I am very scared and concerned...How do I know?
I am 24 hours from home and travelled with 6 other people...

The best way to know is to go to the hospital and have a fluoroscopy done. You may just have a very bad stuck issue. If you still have trouble today, go to the hospital immediately.

I am sipping fluids and it is not as painful as yesterday however, I don't feel right.
I will ride out today and see what tomorrow brings...but I am nervous about this.

I got through today...sipping and eating soft foods. I feel much better and will watch. Thanks for your kindness ...I appreciate it. I am keeping everything down.
